Precautions for use
1. When using, the following phenomena should be avoided:
(1) Remove the components of the safety net at will;
(2) people jump into or throw items into the safety net;
(3) A large number of welded sparks or other sparks fall into the safety net;
(4) Pile up articles in or under the safety net;
There are serious corrosive smoke around the safety net.
2. The safety net in use should be inspected regularly or irregularly, and the debris pollution falling from the net should be cleaned up in time. When it is greatly impacted, it should be replaced in time.
Installation matters
1. Each tether on the safety net shall be tied with the bracket. The peripheral ropes (edges) shall be tightly attached to the bracket. The knots shall conform to the principles of convenient knotting, firm connection and easy untying. They will not fall off after being stressed during work. When installing the safety net with reinforced ropes, the reinforced ropes shall also be connected to the bracket.
2. The flat net surface should not be stretched too tightly. When the net surface and the working height are greater than 5m, the extension length should be greater than 4m. When the height difference between the net surface and the working surface is less than 5m, the extension length should be greater than 3m. The distance between the flat net and the surface of the object below should not be less than 3m, and the distance between the two nets should not exceed 10m.
3. The net surface of the vertical net shall be horizontal and vertical, and the gap with the edge of the working surface shall not exceed 10cm.
4. The safety net after installation shall be inspected by special personnel before use.
